Anger Management groups are run by a chartered forensic psychologist and are designed for individuals who have been controlled by their angry feelings.
Your anger may have caused problems with employment, in a relationship or with the police.
Through attending this group, you will learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy anger, how it can affect your well-being and ways to manage it better.
Anger Management groups run for six weeks at our Chichester consulting/training rooms.
There are normally between 4 and 6 people who are part of the group. You will have the time and space to talk about your anger and the way it makes you feel plus you will receive lots of support.
You will be taught how to control your anger and how to recognise what triggers cause you to feel angry. You may also find that other members of the group have been through the same as you.
This course is very suitable if you have been asked by a professional or court to attend an anger management programme.
Course fee £250
The next Anger Management group begins on Tuesday 3rd September at 7pm – 9pm
